Upon receipt and evaluation of a student's application materials and completion of a phone interview, a preliminary letter of acceptance is sent to the student. Once the Workshops Foundation receives confirmation of an intern assignment, the prospective student is notified. Final payment is requested within three weeks. All payments may be made by personal check, cash, money order, MasterCard, or Visa. This final payment is fully refundable provided written notice is provided to our office three weeks prior to seminar attendance. Students must also send in a completed medical form prior to the program start date. * If you aren't able to obtain a scanned, electronic copy of your Character or Academic references to submit with your online application, please feel free to send them to our office separately via regular mail. |
