Ms. Sievers, who joined the Foundation in 1969, received her BA in political science from Dickinson College and her MA in higher education from George Washington University. Assisting Sherrie will be Mr. Vivien Exartier, a Political Science PH.D from West Virginia University, as well as internship program alumni who serve as counselors.
