Dear prospective WIE candidates,

Thank you for your interest in the Washington Workshops Foundation.  I am sorry to inform you we will be taking a one-year break from offering the Washington Internship Experience (WIE) during our 2011 program year.   We envision this will be a temporary hiatus to restructure and improve upon the unique and dynamic experiences the WIE program has provided for thousands of students over the last 40 years and plan to offer it once again during the summer of 2012.

In lieu of the WIE program we are encouraging alumnae and new students to take advantage of one or both of our one-week seminars taking place in June of 2011.
