Students are housed at the attractive and modern Georgetown Suites, located in Washington's most historic and prestigious neighborhood where great shopping and restaurants abound. This hotel provides king and queen size beds for quad occupancy, two room suites with private baths. Program participants enjoy a full continental breakfast and evening dinner at nearby attractive restaurants. Front desk and hotel personnel are on duty ‘round-the-clock along with regular Worshops counselor staff always on duty throughout the day and evening. This superior housing facility and dining arrangements contribute greatly to a totally enjoyable “Travel Tours” experience.
Other hotels may be used depending upon space availability.
Additional housing sites will be the campuses of Marymount University in suburban Virginia and the National 4-H ConferenceCenter in suburban Maryland, both located a short ride from downtown Washington. These pleasant campuses, complete with playing fields, meeting rooms and student cafeterias for morning and evening meals, will be the sites for some of our Spring sessions. Each campus offers either quad or double occupancy rooms and around the clock security protection.
